Trent's Wedding

Thank you Ashley for taking pictures of pretty much the ENTIRE process of making Trent’s cake! It was really fun to go back and look at them. You are so good.
Ashley also took lots of pictures of the bride and groom and other family at the temple. She should be posting those soon, so check out her blog too!

Happy Birthday Nick! (5 days ago)

For Nick’s Birthday we met his parents and sister in Burley at a motel. We all got there the night before and were so excited about Nick’s presents, so we made him open them early. A few of us went in on a Wii Fit which is what is in the big box.

Happy Birthday Nick! Here’s what I would have got for you if we were made of money:
- An all expenses paid trip to a foreign country of your choice.
- Two front row tickets to Wicked (the second ticket would be for me of course).
- A really really big wide screen TV.
- A back scratching machine : ).
- A fancy beach house on the Oregon coast with a bathtub long enough for even you to sit in.

My third wedding cake : )!

My friend Kay got married today and asked me to do her cake. I think this is definitely the best wedding cake I’ve done so far. I learn so much every time. I’m making my cousin Trent’s in a few weeks. I feel a little caked out with two wedding cakes and a cup cake class lately, but in a few days I’ll be ready to get started on the next one!
I took pictures of the other decorations for mom : ). The picture with the white misty stuff coming from a bowl is liquid nitrogen making ice cream! There was a table set up where you could pick your ice cream flavor and toppings, and then they would freeze it right there in front of you. It was so cool and so tasty.
