I took pictures of the other decorations for mom : ). The picture with the white misty stuff coming from a bowl is liquid nitrogen making ice cream! There was a table set up where you could pick your ice cream flavor and toppings, and then they would freeze it right there in front of you. It was so cool and so tasty.

Cupcake Class

Last night I taught a cupcake decorating class for Enrichment. It was so fun and everyone's cupcakes turned out so cute. The class was actually my first time decorating cupcakes, but no one knew that : ). I think they just assumed I would know how since I like to make cakes.

After everyone left I didn't want to stop decorationg, so I stayed for another hour and decorated all the leftovers. It was SO fun. I almost think I like it better than cake decorating.

Latest Cake!

This is the wedding cake I made last week! The temple was a little big and the floursit ran out of flowers. I was pretty sad about that, but I had fun making this cake : ). I was pretty proud of how smooth the fondant looked.

Valentine's Day

For Valentine's Day Nick cleaned the house for me, washed the dishes, and took me to McDonalds : ). THANK YOU NICK! All I gave him was a back scratch, but that's all he wanted.
We played games all evening at Troy and Shelly's, and got to meet Trent's girly friend : ). It was a fun day!

So I was thinking that maybe if I put a bright background on my blog that Spring would come sooner!You should try it : )
