15 oz can pumpkin
16 oz softened cream cheese
*Blend until smooth
add:
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
*Blend again
(You can substitute 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice for the cinnamon and ginger).
My good friend brought this dip to a baby shower the other day.
It was AMAZING, so I just had to share it.
We ate it with apples, strawberries, and a bunch of other fruit. She also likes to serve it with graham crackers, and fresh pairs. I think it would go great with ginger snaps too.
If you like pumpkin, you will LOVE this!
