We had so much fun celebrating Danny's Birthday this year (and mine ; ) ). Nick was supposed to be out of town for both our b-days, but surprised us and came home on my birthday! Danny and I were snuggling into bed for the night and Nick just walked right in! I don't think I could have smiled any bigger!
Since he was home we decided to throw a little family party before he had to leave town for work again. I stayed up all night and made Danny this little train cake! I was dead the next day, but it was worth it to see his little face light up.
My birthday is the day before Danny's so I'm sure I'll never have a birthday cake of my own again. I'll probably be too excited about making his! I decided to incorporate flowers some how to kinda make it my cake too. I think they look great!
Danny had 4 grandmas, 3 grandpas, and 2 uncles over for cake and ice cream that night! He loved every minute of the attention, and blew out the candles on the first try.
He was spoiled with lots of fun toys.
The red car from daddy is his favorite. He asks us to push him around the house every day.
Our new house has two family rooms. We only had furniture for one, so we turned the second one into a play room! It's so much fun to watch Danny with his new toys. I can't believe how big and smart he's getting, and I can't believe he's two!

That cake is out of control cute Sarah!!! Each cake gets better and better. And I can't believe Danny has a ball pit in his own toy room... lucky! You are brave, I would fear that all those balls would end up all over my house. How fun! Glad you guys had a fun party. Wish we could have been there. Miss you and love you! ~Cindy
